SAME BANK… SAME STAFF… SAME LOCAL OWNERSHIP…
In July 2016, we announced our plans to merge all seven BancAbility member banks into Security Bank of Kansas City. The merger is intended to make it easier for you, our valued account holder, to identify our 44 branches and network of 47 ATMs throughout the greater Kansas City metropolitan area, including Paola, Kansas and St. Joseph, Missouri.
Effective January 1, 2017, we will announce that all BancAbility member banks have merged to operate under one common name, Security Bank of Kansas City.
Although our name may have changed, we are still the same locally owned and operated bank that you have come to rely on. In addition, the same great people that have served in the past will continue to serve you in the future.
In the coming months, we will eventually move over to Security Bank of Kansas City’s websites and other banking systems, which are nearly identical to the website and mobile apps you have been accustomed to using. Until that takes place, you must continue to visit the website you have used previously for Online Banking at: www.valleyviewbank.com as well as our Valley View Bank mobile banking app. Our telephone banking number will continue to remain the same at (913) 381-8866 or toll free at (866) 499-4598. You can also continue to reach us for customer support during regular banking hours at (913) 381-3311.
|Now, and after we convert to Security Bank of Kansas City’s banking systems, you will be able to continue to use your current checks, debit cards and bank at any of our 44 branches and 47 ATMs – just as you have in the past.|
